Cancellation / Rental Policy
*The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation at the time of booking and 50% if the reservation is made at least one month before check-in date. Reservations made in advance for holidays will be charged in full. No refunds on holidays.
*Black Forest Lodge is privately owned and operated, and is not responsible for any damaged or lost personal property.  Black Forest Lodge is not responsible for any act of god which may cause harm or injury.   Black Forest Lodge is not responsible for and slip and fall on the property due to snow,  ice or loose sand or dirt.
*The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, acts of nature or loss of any items. Free Wi-fi internet access depends on availability of connection and ISP which are outside of Black Forest's control.

*There is a $25.00 per pet charge, breed restrictions apply. There will be a $50.00 charge for any guests or pets not registered.
 
*Guests are responsible for notifying Black Forest Lodge if they have had a fever 2 weeks prior to checking in as well as 2 weeks after their stay. If you have had a fever in the last two weeks please stay home. Black Forest Lodge is not liable for any illness contracted as every guest is mandated to abide by CDC protocols.
