*The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation at the time of booking. 
*Reservations made in advance for holidays will be charged in full. No refunds during holiday periods.
*The Burgundy is privately owned and operated, and is not responsible for any damaged or lost personal property.
*The Burgundy is not responsible for any act of God which may cause harm, injury or delays in travel.
*The Burgundy is not responsible for any slip and fall on the property due to snow, ice or loose sand or dirt.
*The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, acts of nature.
*Free Wi-fi internet access depends on availability of connection and ISP which are outside of The Burgundy's control.
*No smoking in rooms. $250 fine for smoking in rooms.
*There is a $25.00 per pet fee/charge
*Please return your room keys to the lobby at the time of departure.
*Units with kitchens: Please wash ALL dishes and empty the refrigerator. .
* It is agreed that the guest will conduct themselves in a respectable quiet manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises.  The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate their room or other areas of the hotel premises, without previous notice, refund and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest (Including their party) shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
*Default of any kind: The Management has the right to remove the guests luggage and belongings from the room occupied by them.
*Damage to property: The guest will held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
* If you have had a fever in the last two weeks please stay home. The Burgundy is not liable for any illness contracted as every guest is mandated to abide by CDC protocols, and essential traveler guidelines.
*By signing this document, you have agreed to the processing of the payment by any means.
